Kris Boston

Kris Boston (Ensemble) is an avid lover of the arts, deeply moved by the ability of music, visual art, literature, and performance to express the full range of human emotion and experience. From a young age, Kris has been captivated by how creativity can break boundaries and transform perspectives. Whether it’s losing himself in a painting that speaks to his soul, getting lost in a piece of music that stirs emotions, or experiencing a powerful live performance, he find endless inspiration in the world of art. Kris’ passion fuels his desire to create, share, and support the arts in all its forms. He believe the arts are not just a form of self-expression but a way to build connection and understanding across cultures and time. Most recently, he had the honor of starring as James Baldwin for The Lancaster Living Poetry Museum through The Ware Center! This was a great chance for exploration, as the direction was led by Dana Kinsey, the current Lancaster City Poet Laureate. Kris also just came off the heels of performing at The African American Cultural Parade and Festival, where his set consisted of original music.
