Kathleen Megnin Millay
Kathleen Megnin Millay (Miss Pross) hails from western Pennsylvania, but has lived in New Holland since 1989. She founded Laurel Dance and Performing Arts, and directed the company from 1991 to 2012. She loved teaching hundreds of students, including her sons (the Smith brothers), her step-daughters, and eventually, her grandchildren! In addition to a Dance degree, Kathleen is a Registered Nurse and has a Master’s degree in Public Health Preparedness. While semi-retired, she is thankful for the blessings of working for Wellspan Health; caring for her grandchildren; singing with the choir and as a cantor for Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church; bringing Holy Communion to people who are homebound; visiting with family and friends; working with her husband outdoors; and walking anywhere, especially on the family’s cabin trails in western Pennsylvania! A musical stage veteran from long ago, Kathleen is glad to return as part of A TALE OF TWO CITIES!
